Council of Humans & Trees

Imagine the personal and relationship possibilities if you felt just a little more safe and at-home in your body and mind. AND what if you experienced the world around you (humans and the more-than-human world) as a bit more welcoming of you, just as you are. I would like to share what I have learned with you: about how your basic goodness can activate new insights and skills that nurture this secure-functioning; and begin to heal relational patterns of childhood that may no longer be useful in the way that you would like to enjoy the complexities of adult relationships.
